  2. Heat oil in a pot and add ginger garlic paste,fry for a min,add in the chicken and water..
  3. Once the chicken is tender,the water is 3/4 cup left,turn off the flame and set aside..
  4. Boil potatoes in seasoned water with a pick off food color..
  5. Add rice in the heated water with salt and cumin and cook until 3/4 done. set aside..
  6. In a separate pot,fry onions,take it out in a plate,add in the tomatoes,coriander,mint and aloo bukharay and crush with hands..
  7. In a big pot,add in the chicken with masala, pour the onion mixture evenly,put boiled potatoes and sprinkle the food coloring,pour the rice and drizzle 1/2 cup Oil..
  8. Cover with a lid.Put the flame on high for initial 7 mins..
  9. Once the it is extremely hot,lower the flame and keep it on dum for 10 -15 mins..
  10. Once cooked,mix well and enjoy with chilled cold drink 😋❤.
